2.1. Personal date for the reservation of your trip

When you book on our website, mail, phone, personally. We need your personal information, which you provide tu us  voluntarily.


Personal data that we need in process of reservation your trip, transfer are: passenger name, nationality, gender, phone number, e-mail address, credit or bank card details, information on special care, flight details, confirmation number, date of birth, details of travel documents, sensitive personal dana

Processing sensitive personal data
In certain cases we also need to process special categories of personal data (sensitive personal data), e.g. health related data, for example when you request special assistance from us and/or an airport operator (such as the provision of oxygen), or when you provide us with information about your fitness for fly (for instance if you are pregnant, or allergy information) for safety reasons.

To process your sensitive personal data we will need to obtain your specific consent, otherwise, we may not be able to provide you with the requested service(s). We may use your sensitive personal data where necessary in order to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, and to ensure complience with the mandatory legal requirements. The transfer of your sensitive personal data to third parties, even outside the European Economic Area may also be required during the provision of the services requested from us based on mandatory legal provisions.

All this date you provide to us are standard  for administrative use and legal by The Law Of Tourism In Slovenia and part of our General Terms and Conditions.

 

For your further personal information, we may also forward your personal information to third parties who provide services related to your trip or transportation.
In that case, we are not responsible for any damage done by the service provider.


The data we have collected from you for booking a trip we keep up to 3 years or requestet by the law of Slovenia.

These data will not be used for marketinng or for any other purpose, unless you have given us a special consent.

Consequences of refusal/failure of providing personal dana

 

Please be aware that we need the personal data listed up in Booking process and reservations forms in order to perform the General Conditions of Carriage and provide you with our services. If you do not provide us with the requested personal data we will not be able to provide you with all or parts of the services you have requested. If you withdraw your consent or do not provide the consent for the use of your sensitive data mentioned in processing sensitive personal data, we may not be able to provide all or parts of the services you have requested. Please note that in these circumstances you will not be able to cancel or obtain a refund of any fees you have paid.

  • Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you provide your personal information when completing a contact form for the purposes of sending a request we will save the data provided so that we might deal with the enquiry and any subsequent contact. This data will not be given on to a third party without your permission.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

SSL-Encryption

We use secure SSL-encryption to ensure the integrity of your personal information when provided via our website for example when sending requests. When this SSL encryption is activated in this way, data entered cannot accessed by third parties.
